FEED-BACK SYSTEM TO EVALUATE THE MENTORING SYSTEM AND THE MENTORING RELATIONSHIP
This project product is an application which helps mentors and the mentees to follow and assess the mentoring relationship which they are involved in. It consists in two questionnaires, one targeted to the mentor and the other targeted to the mentee.
The questionnaires aims at inquiring the mentor and the mentee on several items of the relationship, provoking a reflection on the referred items in order to provide an answer within a scale between �strongly agree� and �strongly disagree�. A final punctuation will be posted.
