The project  BMW- Be a Mentor in the Workplace was launched during the Kick-off meeting, which took place in Leuven -Brussels on 6 - 7 February 2014.

In this first meeting, partners from different europeans countries discussed and approved the work plan of this project, that aims to developing innovative tools and approaches in the field on Mentoring, based on already existing knowledge and material, fostering the inter-relationship between generations with benefits for employability of older and younger people, as well as for SMEs competitiveness.

This project has the support of the European Commission LifeLong Learning Programme, Leonardo da Vinci.
